Foreign Forms

Foreign Forms is a research publication that studies memory within architecture. It explores structures that have found ways of storing, destroying, or unintentionally preserving memory within the initial space. Foreign Forms intends to create a way to regard collective, personal and historical memory within architecture - how places form meaning without requiring ornamental features or famous recognition, and how communities and individuals find meaning within a building.
