A mixed media painting that incorporates imagery done by Marisol and Samuel. Using accessible materials found at home, a focus of imagery reflects their personality and unique characteristics. With guidance from Patricia, a playful and dynamic painting documents a precious moment of time.

“Collaborating with Marisol and Samuel allowed me to shift my expectations of perfection in my art. Instead we enjoyed the many ways that we could manipulate materials to make new things that represent their stories and interests.
