I am who i am... and i embrace it all.

“I-AM-The-AFTERMATH is a vivid portrayal of my childhood home amidst the chaos of war. It embodies the emotional recollections of gazing out from my window as a child, and the profound resonance of those memories as an adult. This piece depicts themes of memory, conflict, innocence, vulnerability, and intimacy, imbuing it with layers of complexity and emotional depth. The delicate curtain serves as a fragile barrier, momentarily shielding from the harrowing reality beyond. Every figure, though representational, is essential in conveying the importance of family amidst adversity. It is through surviving these events that I have been molded into the person I am today. For within the aftermath lies the essence of my being... I AM-The-AFTERMATH.”
