Abrar Al Mouktaran is a Syrian-Canadian artist who has recently earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from OCAD University in Toronto. Specializing in oil painting, Al Mouktaran intricately weaves her personal narrative into her work, often portraying herself as the central figure. With each brushstroke, she tells her own story, breathing life into her canvases and infusing them with a soulful depth that resonates with viewers.Al Mouktaran's artistic journey began shortly after she arrived in Canada, where she discovered art as her universal language, transcending linguistic barriers. Through her paintings, she found a voice that didn't rely on words; each stroke told a story, and each colour spoke volumes. Fueled by her love for family and her boundless passion for life, she dedicates herself to her work daily, eagerly anticipating each new project as a canvas for her creativity to flourish.
