“Collect what you love, wear what you treasure - your memory made tangible.”

MinSeo Whee (May) is a Korean metalsmith and emerging jewellery artist based in Toronto, Ontario. Growing up in a small town surrounded by nature, she draws inspiration from organic forms and emotional memory. With a background in fine art, she brings painterly sensitivity into her jewellery through thoughtful use of color, texture, and form. After moving to Canada in 2021, MinSeo pursued a Bachelor of Design in Material Art & Design at OCAD University. In 2024, she was granted a summer artist residency at Harbourfront Centre.MinSeo’s work combines traditional Korean metal techniques with contemporary digital tools such as 3D scanning and CAD modeling. She creates narrative-based jewellery that explores themes of identity, memory, and emotional connection. By integrating both handmade and digital processes, she produces visually rich, tactile pieces that turn personal stories into wearable art.
