1/8 Works for Drummond's thesis "Affirmations," which pokes fun and creates a relatable awkwardness to the online mindfulness practice of "affirmations", curated to the chronically uncomfortable and inherently embarrassing twenty-something girl.

“The idea of self-acceptance. The idea, the fear, that I have let her down. The idea of everyone I could have been and who I am now. The idea that I have failed her. The idea that she is not dissatisfied with how she turned out.”
