““Resilience” is a series of illustrations that imagines a far-future version of the world after the planet has been ravaged by the climate crisis. The remnants of life are beginning to thrive once more thanks to the evolved abilities of resilient plants. ”
Emily Chu is an illustrator and background painter based in Toronto. Growing up, she loved drawing and using that as a medium to create stories and worlds. Not much has changed since then and she still believes in the magic of worldbuilding and its ability to immerse people in the stories held within.In her spare time, she also loves to bake and go cafe hopping.
