Sculpture, Installation
“Incomplete: We Feel.Imperfect: We Are.Isolated: We Experience.”

My practice engages with themes of identity through a multidisciplinary approach encompassing sculpture, installation, performance, site-specific interventions, collage, and linocut printmaking. Art grounds me and helps me find my coordinates within the world. The feeling of freedom motivates me, and places of solitude inspire me. Having exhibited in Canada and the United States, my work aims to shorten the distance between my internal reflection and the world. The quest for simplicity in my personal life, along with an ongoing process of self-discovery and self-awareness, informs the formal and conceptual choices in my practice, resulting in work that is both intimate and intentional.
