“My thesis collection, Foul Play, encapsulates the multi-disciplinary nature of my practice— spanning illustration, graphic design, packaging design, and branding. My work is often whimsically tongue-in-cheek, with an emphasis on composition and visual storytelling.”
I’m Travis Tao, a Toronto-based digital illustrator with a specialty for visual storytelling and detail-oriented design. I’m highly experienced with the Adobe Suite, design consultation and critique, as well as visual problem solving. My creative interests are broadly-cast, including standalone illustrations, narrative illustration, character and environment design, and packaging design. You can find me at local Toronto art markets tabling under my alias, Tomataos.
