Industrial Design
“Industrial designer turned product thinker focused on 3D product design, service design, and sustainable systems. I design user-centered solutions that bridge the physical and digital across products, services, and everyday experiences.”

Harsh Madan is a Toronto-based industrial designer graduating from OCAD University's Bachelor of Design in Industrial Design (2022–2026) with a minor in Sustainability. His practice sits at the intersection of 3D product design and service design, exploring how thoughtful objects, accessible interactions, and well-considered systems can improve everyday user experiences. Grounded in OCAD U's emphasis on research, prototyping, and sustainability, Harsh designs across physical and digital contexts — from accessible product solutions and retail experience redesigns to wellness e-commerce ventures and lightweight web tools for small businesses. Alongside his studio practice, he has worked at OCAD U's Rapid Prototyping Lab redesigning student-facing service workflows, founded multiple e-commerce products (Sunday Supplies, SleepFlow), and supported cross-functional operations across retail, food service, and real estate. He is most interested in how product, service, and systems thinking come together to make experiences feel obvious, useful, and worth coming back to.
