“Hi there! My name is Aiden, I am a 5th year graphic design student with a focus on design systems. My work "Burn Feed Print" focuses on deconstructing design systems as they appear in areas of activism in protest. Through "Burn Feed Print" I attempt to deconstruct the process of creating to focus on the social, personal and societal impacts that creating initiates among designers and creatives. Through this exploration into deconstruction visual language within advocacy, I invite viewers to participate in the expression of their ideas and identity through furthering "Burn Feed Print" outside of GradEx. Continuing the exploration on a personal level to discover more of the self and be proactive in the political and social areas of each viewers lives, giving a sense of ownership and control during uncertain times, advocating for the power that design has in our everyday lives,”
