Verra

Verra is an interactive smart mirror designed for overwhelmed young adults, particularly those who struggle to maintain consistent wellness habits in their busy lives. Verra syncs with a wearable health-tracking ring to translate biometric data into gentle, gamified, and customised daily quests, transforming passive health metrics into actionable habits. This project seeks to answer the question: How might we encourage and support overwhelmed young adults in developing sustainable habits towards their health and wellbeing?Verra functions as a personal health system by integrating wellness into an existing daily ritual rather than adding another task to complete. Instead of overwhelming users with data and statistics, Verra uses a blooming sunflower to reflect their health state. It offers personalized health quests that adapt to their body and schedules, giving them autonomy in how they choose to care for their body. As quests are completed and confirmed through health tracking, users earn redeemable reward points that further support their wellness journey.
