“Development” is a bangle that reflects Abir’s journey across Egypt, Italy, and Canada. Through symbolic elements—a closed flower, a bicycle, and a crown—the piece represents growth, resilience, and the gradual unfolding of independence. Hidden details and structural transitions mirror the emotional and cultural shifts that shaped her identity.
