Röveşata (Somersault)

Röveşata turns its focus inward, centering on the face of Mahsun at a moment of heightened emotional intensity. Drawing is used here as an act of excavation — tracing the contours of feeling that the cinematic image alone cannot contain. The hand-drawn face sits over the transferred image, collapsing the boundary between the artist’s observation and the character’s experience. To look at Mahsun here is to feel the weight of what he carries.
