Acrylic on deck of cards

I created the Resilience Oracle Deck to uplift disabled people, challenge internalized ableism, and share motivation through lived experience. Using repurposed materials like old playing cards and sticker scraps, I embraced sustainability and reframed “disabled” tools as sources of creativity and beauty. The deck was developed collaboratively with disabled peers and classmates, whose motivational phrases I distilled into single words paired with illustrations of my own experiences. For example, the Endure card reflects the idea that difficult moments are temporary, illustrated through a winter scene that symbolizes resilience and finding joy in hardship.
