These images show all six sculptures arranged in an installation format, which constitutes the scene of interaction and exchange between works. They are clustered near the corner of Ignite Gallery, the sound barrier partially obscuring the other sculptures; the scene is permeable by the public only on two sides. The objects transmit, absorb, and circulate energetic and informational flows among themselves. In much the same way smoke passes the circuit of a detector and triggers an alarm, or the movement of the body in front of a motion detector breaks the feedback loop between detecting medium and wall, the viewer interrupts these flows upon entering the scene and is at the same time imperceptibly permeated and sensed on all sides. From a distance, the sculptures appear to interact with one another as elements within a system or "stage"; in close proximity, each object facilitates a more intimate encounter as an individual object with its own communicative and material logics.
