The Benny
Industrial Design
Named after a cat I used to have; the Benny is a pill-shaped drawer built from vacuum-pressed walnut veneer with a wiggle board core. The complimentary cherry drawer sits inside, offering a subtle interaction. The piece was designed for adaptability, allowing it to be used in a variety of different ways. The drawer’s form is flexible, can be scaled, stacked, or stored, but at its core, it’s about the curve, the material and the simplicity of the elegant shape.
