“This illustration image is about performance and constructed identity within rigid social rituals. The wedding setting suggests union, but instead of intimacy or sincerity, both figures are defined by distance and concealment. The groom is inherently wolf-headed, while the bride actively hides behind a monstrous facade. This as a binding shaped by tradition, mortality, and expectation, where authenticity is suppressed and irrelevant. Rather than a genuine connection, the scene presents a union built on roles, disguises, and fear. The individuals are either protecting themselves, deceiving each other, or conforming to something they cannot escape -- the interpretation is open to the viewer.”
