Increased Grocery Prices

Everyday groceries are reimagined as rare artifacts in a speculative future where affordability has collapsed. Items once considered essential—milk, eggs, produce—are elevated, preserved, and auctioned to the highest bidder. The work reflects on the rising cost of living and questions a system where basic needs become unattainable luxuries.
