Multimedia Exhibition
A 2026 Black History Month exhibition curated by Wuliyah Hankey and presented through the Worth Gallery.

“Throughout human history, music has been an integral part of many different cultures. Used for celebration, dance, storytelling, and memory keeping. In consideration of Black History Month, the Worth Gallery will be hosting an exhibition curated by Wuliyah Hankey. We are looking through the lens of contemporary black diasporic cultures to understand and perceive how music has moved black people in all facets of their life. Delving into the perspectives of music’s influence on black individual lives and their quotidian, the Worth Gallery and Wuliyah Hankey call out to artists of the Black Diaspora to create and present artwork through the theme of how Music Moves Us.”
