Game Face focuses on a social repetitive activity tied to family gatherings. Mahjong serves as a structure for interaction, in which attention and observation are continuously engaged. The title emphasizes attentiveness in the act of playing, where repetition shapes how individuals engage with one another over time. The way the mahjong tiles are depicted reinforces this idea. The Chinese characters appear blurred and only partially readable, reflecting a familiarity shaped through repeated exposure rather than full comprehension.Original works are not available for purchase. Limited edition prints are available upon request.
