This packaging design project, Teamates, reimagines tea for a younger audience by combining traditional tea culture with a more playful, approachable visual system.The concept is built around the idea of tea as a shared experience, drawing from Gongfu tea practices and tea pet culture—where tea is about connection, routine, and small moments over time. This is translated into the packaging through soft, character-like illustrations and a friendly tone that acts as an entry point for people unfamiliar with tea.The design uses a clean structure with bold colour blocking to differentiate each SKU, while keeping a consistent layout across the system. Brewing instructions and information are integrated directly into the packaging in a clear, visual way, balancing education with accessibility.Overall, the project focuses on making tea feel less formal and more inviting—using design to bridge tradition with a more casual, everyday experience.
