““Love Conquers All” explores the paradox of love blooming during war. In this series of images, I visually interpreted stories of love thriving in a time of war to explore the resilience of love and the need for love to conquer hate to preserve our humanity. ”
Lisanne van der Oort is a Dutch-Colombian illustrator based in Toronto, Ontario. She works in both traditional and digital media and her passion for detailed linework results in a fine art-like style in her illustration work.
