I got into design because I was more interested in why things exist than how they look. That curiosity has taken me into some unexpected places: building design culture inside large organizations, helping teams make sense of AI, facilitating rooms full of people who don't usually talk to each other. I like work that's a bit messy at the start.My practice spans service design, strategy, and UX, but the thread running through all of it is the same. I want to understand the problem before anyone commits to a solution.
