Falcon: A Business Intelligence Platform

Industrial Design
2026
Falcon is a business intelligence platform built for seed to Series A founders and the investors backing them. It connects two data streams, revenue and product behaviour, and surfaces the relationship between them in plain English. Most tools show you what happened. Stripe tells you your MRR dropped. Mixpanel tells you your activation rate fell. But nobody tells you that the activation rate drop came five weeks before the revenue moved. That connection has always existed in the data. Nobody built the tool to surface it.That is what Falcon does. The problem it solves Founders know something is wrong before the financial metrics confirm it. They can feel it. They just cannot prove it yet. By the time the numbers confirm what they already suspected, the conversation with their investor is already a post-mortem, here is what happened, here is why it happened, here is what we are doing about it. The damage is done before the language exists to describe it.Investors have the same problem from the other side. They see portfolio outcomes after they have already materialized. Every monthly update is retrospective. The signal that could have changed the conversation was always there, buried in product data their portfolio companies were already collecting. The gap between these two perspectives is not a data problem. Every tool in the modern startup stack produces more data than founders and investors can meaningfully use. The gap is a meaning problem. The data exists on both sides. The interpretive layer that connects them does not.How it worksFalcon connects to the tools founders already use, their revenue platform and their product analytics platform. It reads both data streams automatically and looks for patterns between them. What it seperatesWhy it mattersThe early-stage company failure rate is well documented. What is less documented is how many of those failures had warning signs that existed in the data, product signals that preceded financial outcomes by weeks, that nobody connected in time. Falcon is not a guarantee against failure. It is the tool that makes the warning visible before it becomes the outcome.

“Why do businesses fail even when the data was always there?Founders track revenue. Investors track outcomes. Product analytics tools track behavior. But nobody builds the connection between them. Falcon is the interpretation layer that has always been missing, the sentence neither tool could write alone.”
