Painting
The last in a three part series showcasing connection and growth.
“The final installment of a three part series, twenty, represents adulthood where life starts to somewhat flesh out, and you create more intricate, strengthened bonds with different people and ideas in your life. Twenty ends with a wide but slightly less varied range of colours that don't clash as roughly with each other as they do in the previous work, echoing the complexity yet organization required at this stage. The repeated imagery of trees at different stages in life throughout the pieces represents one's physical growth, and one's physical connection to those around us - as we grow, branches develop and reach towards new opportunities”
